  • What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    In case you have received a damaged product, contact our support team immediately for further assistance. Our customer service representative will assess the nature of the damage and process your return/exchange or refund accordingly.
  • Where do you Deliver/Meetup?
    We offer island-wide delivery at a flat fee of $10BDS. We also have central meeting locations such as Bridgetown, Holetown, Oistins, Speightstown, Warrens, Skymall, Sheraton and Six Roads.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement. The delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Can I get a refund?
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can apply for a refund by contacting our customer care here. You can choose a refund in-store credit, or through your original payment method.
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    All our products are priced in Barbados Dollars (BDS).
  • Can I change my order?
    We allow cancellations and order changes within 24 hours of placing the original order. Once a package has been processed and is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
  • How do I get in touch with you?

  • Do you accept returns and exchanges?
    Certain products, like clothing and accessories can be exchanged if the return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Products may be returned only if they are undamaged, in their original packaging. Products like makeup and skincare items are not eligible for returns.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept cash on delivery. Major Master and Visa Debit coming soon.
  • What is the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your current order on our website here.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Unfortunately, no. At this point of time our service is limited to domestic Barbados clients.
  • How long will it take to process my refund?
    We will start the refund process after we have confirmed the receipt of the returned package. Refunds are typically processed in 2-3 business days.
